Would recommend and come again!

The staff took care of us. Check in and checkout was seemless. Also even got a room upgrade which was excellent! The room was incredibly clean and had the amenities we needed. The location is also amazing - so many restaurants around.

This didn't botherme but the elevators are incredibly slow and it is a 5ish walk to gongdeok station so take that time into account when leaving.

Nice hotel away from crowded streets

Location is in the middle 2 subway stations, coffee place just below and bus stop just a short walk away. Lifts can be quite slow, but not too bad. Toilet is big with separate shower and bathtub. Quite a number of food options in the area too.

For some reason it was never quiet even during the night. There’s bound to be some kind of noise (door slams, vents, toilet extractor fan, aircon etc..). It’s not unbearably loud but maybe because I was quite ill during my stay so I was in the room more than usual to notice these. Other than that all was great!

Clean, moderately comfortable stay.

Efficient check-in and check-out procedures. The room was clean and moderately appointed. The decor and overall look of the hotel was nice and simple.

Breakfast choices were very limited. The bed was not comfortable and a bit too firm. The additional pillows in the closet were needed, as the bed only had one pillow.

Good but...

Professional staff. Modern, clean, extremely quiet hotel, good location and easy access from the main railway station. Excellent bathroom and bedding.

Bedroom was way too warm for us. Despite outside temperatures in the 15-20 degC range, the AC was unable to lower our bedroom temp under 27 degC. The reception was responsive to this issue but the situation didn't improve. Only Korean breakfast available.

Fine hotel with some negative points

Access from ICN airport is rather quick and straightforward . Professional staff, extremely kind, despite limited English for some employees at the reception. The hotel is immaculate with excellent bathroom and separated toilet. The room size was perfect, with enough storage for our two-week trip. Excellent bedding.

Despite having stayed in October, the hotel corridors were uncomfortably warm; throughout our stay, we couldn't get a bedroom temperature under 27 degC despite the AC. The reception staff were responsive to our complain but the solution to change room was not solving the issue (see feedback about our second stay few days later). There is no option available for standard breakfast, as guests are directed to an independent coffee-shop downstairs, serving pastries wrapped in plastic.

Exceptional

We love everything about this hotel. It’s super convenient. We were also upgraded for free when we checked in or we were given a room bigger than what we booked. Check in and check out are both self service. The staffs were accommodating too. They also allowed us to leave our luggages after we checked out since our flight was still in the evening. We will definitely book and stay here again when we go back to Korea. Cheers to the whole team!

There was a bit of a smell in our bathroom. But overall it was okay. Their bathroom is spacious as well and good water pressure.

Relatively new building, excellent location, clean/spacious " 39 sqm deluxe twin" room.

One front staff member (a man) gave outdated or wrong info on airport limousine bus/airport express time and options. He did not check the relevant websites and just gave out the info as if such info never changes. When I doubled checked, the bus numbers, first bus info/schedule, airport express train time and info were all significantly different from what the staff told me. This is a major problem for a hotel. Few other times I asked for subway/taxi info etc., the staff members either checked the relevant info first or confidently gave out correct info.

Very clean. Convenient location with plenty of options for banking, public transport, and food. Great internet speed.

Language skills of front office staff is a hit or miss. Limited facilities. Room sizes are quite small.

Excellent hotel with very good facilities!!!

The hotel and facilities are really new and clean. I really love the rest room and shower/bath area, they give a big space for this zone which I really love. The staff also friendly and helpful. Also have a self check-in/check-out kiosks, and a money exchange machine which give more convenient to travelers.

It should have breakfast included to the hotel package. But in a positive way, it's also good for travelers who are too comfy with the hotel's bed and don't want to leave the bed for breakfast, they can decide to have something else later. :)
